Performance Driving Australia – Terms and Conditions of Training
Vehicle and Equipment Responsibility
Your organisation is responsible for providing vehicles, trailers, safety equipment, and recovery gear as necessary for the training.
Vehicle and Equipment Suitability:
All vehicles used during the training must be roadworthy and appropriate for the designated tasks.
All recovery equipment used for 4WD training is required to be suitable for task, appropriately rated and tagged.
Driver Requirements:
All participants must possess a current and relevant driver’s license.
Program Exclusivity and minimum participant requirements:
Unless explicitly specified otherwise, all programs are non-exclusive.
Some bookings may require a minimum number of participants to proceed.
Observer and Partner Policy: Our programs are designed exclusively for participants. To maintain a focused and safe environment, family members, partners, observers, and pets are not permitted at this program. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Participant Limitation:
A maximum of two drivers per vehicle from your organisation.
Provided Amenities:
Morning and afternoon tea, as well as water, may be provided during the training sessions.
Feedback and Assessment Copies:
Feedback and electronic copies of relevant assessments will be made available to you upon request.
Additional Expenses:
Costs associated with inductions, medical examinations, and personal protective equipment (PPE) may be incurred in addition to the initial quotation.
Quote Validity:
The quoted price is valid for training sessions booked within 6 months.
Pricing and Payment Terms:
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Payment is accepted through direct deposit or credit card.
Purchase Orders and Payment:
A valid purchase order must be submitted for any booking on an account.
Non-account holders are required to make a payment of 30% upon receiving the invoice and settle the remaining balance within 7 days from the commencement of the training.
Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy; Fees and Guidelines
By receiving an invoice, you acknowledge and accept Performance Driving Australia’s cancellation policy, which outlines applicable fees based on the notice period provided. Please review the following guidelines:
Cancellations or rescheduling with a notice period of 30 days or more will incur no charges.
For cancellations or rescheduling made with a notice period of 14 to 29 days, a fee of 30% of the total cost will be applied.
Cancellations or rescheduling made with a notice period of 7 to 13 days will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost.
Any cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 7 days’ notice will result in a 100% charge of the total cost.
